bits n pieces

-job stuff: applied for 5 jobs so far, got rejected from 1. i definately know that i'm not going to do investment banking. i'm also not gonna do a job that requires you to travel 5 days a week and only be home on weekends. that sucks.

-school: got into linguistics, yay, not under units. econ 131 is killing me slowly (public finance). people are so dang smart (academically) here.

-movies: saw Chicago, finally. it was good. i liked that one song, "if you had been there, you would have done the same!" haven't been inside a movie theater since charlie's angels (july).

-family: my mom finally got laid off. she's so bored at home. i wish i could make things better.

-health: gettin firmer! maybe it's all that walking around on campus that i hate to do. maybe it's my dance aerobics class. maybe it's my lack of eating schedule. maybe it's a placebo effect.

-blog: seriously neglected. but i'm gettin tired of writing in this thing. bleh. maybe i'll do once a month post.
